• Property & Listing Data: Publicly available information regarding your short-term rental listings, including Airbnb or Vrbo URLs, property descriptions, and location data.

• User-Submitted Media Assets: Raw images, camera rolls, smartphone video clips, graphics, or shared cloud folder links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) that you upload to our intake portal for processing.

• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and usage statistics collected automatically via cookies to optimize website performance and your user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data and media assets under the following operational guidelines:

• To execute our productized services, including upscaling, color correction, automatic decluttering, and generating cinematic 4K property walkthroughs or AI host videos.

• To deliver a customized, complimentary "Listing Visual Audit" when requested via our lead capture fields.

• To manage your secure client portal account, process transactions, and send invoices.

• To communicate system updates, respond to customer service requests, and distribute final video production proofs for review.

3. Data Processing and Third-Party Sub-Processors

Because we operate an entirely remote, cloud-native media pipeline, we utilize trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and AI sub-processors to render and manage your assets.

• AI Infrastructure Engines: Media assets may be securely transferred via encrypted APIs to specialized text-to-video, image-to-video, and avatar generation rendering engines (such as Higgsfield, OpenArt, or HeyGen) solely for the generation of your ordered products. These engines do not retain your media assets for independent training data purposes.

• Cloud Storage & Pipelines: Your raw and completed production assets are safely housed on secure cloud servers and processed through industry-standard review portals (such as Frame.io).

• Payment Infrastructure: Financial details are handled exclusively through secure, encrypted third-party processors (such as Stripe). FocalStay never stores your raw credit card information.

4. Media Asset Retention and Rights

• Your Assets, Your Property: You retain full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights over all raw assets uploaded to our platform.

• Data Retention Baseline: We store your raw media and final 4K video deliveries for a baseline period of 90 days following project completion to facilitate revisions or re-downloads. After this window, media files may be permanently purged from our cloud storage networks to optimize system bandwidth.

5. Security of Data

We employ enterprise-grade technical security measures designed to shield your media files and account data from unauthorized access, loss, alternation, or disclosure. All intake paths and API pipelines utilize secure HTTPS and SSL encryption protocols.
